The January  Newsletter is now available.

We have received the following  update on the Bollywood Dancing events at the Roman Crown and are happy to post it here. Looks like a lot of fun.

Hi. The Bollywood dance classes are starting next Tuesday 14th January, from 10.30 to 11.30am, at the Roman Crown in Bancroft Park
 
They are £10 per session, payable  in advance by bank transfer if possible, please, so we can ensure that it goes ahead.
The price may be reduced depending on numbers attending.
   
There are three January sessions: 14th, 21st, and 28th.
 
I am away in February, so they will then resume in March. 
 
Please let me know if you would like to book for next week and if you are able to pay in advance. 
As it is the first session, you can pay £10 then pay the remaining £20 for January if you want to continue. 
 
(If a class is cancelled because there are not enough booked in, you will get a full refund.) 
 
You will need comfortable clothing, sensible footwear, (trainers are fine) and I suggest you bring water. 
You can sit at any time during the session, and can even do the moves while sitting in a chair if needed. 
 
This is learning moves while doing a fun activity and socialising. There is a cafe on site for a friendly cuppa afterwards if you would like. 
 
The moves are kept accessible. It is not high impact or high speed fitness. It is not competitive, there are no exams, no pressure. If any performance opportunities arise in future e.g. at a charity event, it will be totally optional for each person. The main aim of this is to keep fit while having fun. 
 
I intend to start working on the Bollywood track that was in the last Strictly as it seems to be very popular!!
