Commencing 01/07/2022 we would respectfully ask anyone deciding not to pay their fees that they will be refused entry.
It isn’t fair on other households who are paying and enjoying the club.
We would like to remind all residents that instalment plans are available for anyone behind on their fees and we will only take court action as a last resort, but every homeowner on the estate has signed a deed of covenant to pay for the running of the club.
It is not a choice to pay your fees and we would love any involvement, suggestions and ideas to make the club more accessible and useable to every household on the estates. We all have to pay for the club, lets’s make it a place we ALL want to use and make it worthwhile for everyone.
