The above meeting to discuss and vote on the proposals to:
- Lease the Club to a third party
- Amend the Constitution
- Authorise the Trustees to seek professional assistance to define the options for the sale of the Club in more detail
will be held at the Club on Sunday 14th April at 10am. The proposals for the the three motions are set out here. The revised Constitution is at Appendix 1 to the proposal document.

Please note that we have not included either the draft lease or the asset rental agreement on this post. They will be available for inspection at the Club from Tuesday 2 April. The proposal document sets out the main features of both of these documents.
