They have already made big improvements to the decor and the food menus so if you haven’t visited yet please do. As an owner of property on the estates you will get a discount on your first drink.

We are able to offer discounts on our fees for anyone wishing to use a full estate agency service, the standard fee for sole agency is 1% + VAT of the sale price, this will be discounted for residents to 0.75% + VAT, for multi-agency the standard fee is 2% + VAT of the sale price, this will be discounted for residents to 1.5% + VAT.
For rental, we currently charge 10% + VAT for our silver service (see leaflet attached), this will be discounted for residents to 8% + VAT, for our gold service we charge 12% + VAT, this will be discounted for residents to 10% +VAT.
