Every household is required to contribute to the running of the club, this is non-negotiable and when you move to the estate you sign a deed of covenant to agree to this.
Current Annual Fee for 2024 £220 + VAT = £264
Instalment plans available if required
If you do not pay your fees, we will have no choice but to take legal action, this is of course something we hate doing but it isn’t fair when your neighbours are paying but you aren’t.
